A Studied Case

Hyper-spectra sampling(2)
Unmerged Hyper-spectra

In this section, as seen from (Figure 5 to 7), the geolocations of the sampled hyper-spectra can be found and displayed in the corresponding remote sensing imagery with the same time of survey. This approach is very useful to identify which substance e.g. vegetation is observed. If necessary, locally sampling sensed vegetation in the field can be performed for further research.  The hyper-spectrum collected from each sampling point can be compared with that sampled from LiDAR at the same point. According to the corresponding wavelength, the reflectance of substance is capable of being gained, thereby the sort of substance is concluded based on both knowledge.
