When Ca and S elements as main chemical components appear in some places, as seen from Figure 10 and 11, gypsum may appear at range of pH value from 5 to 8. If exceed this scale, less vegetation could survive.
If soil organic matter (SOM) is taken into account (see Figure 12), thus element C and N are added into the system. however, it seems that nothing changes in comparison to the case in Figure 9. In other words, the degraded C and N element from SOM have less effect on the soil system.
